We provide a 24/7 365 on call service to all of our existing customers, and we do mean 365 days a year !

For most people, having an electricity supply is important, for some it's vital either for safety or business.

The experience that our 50 years brings provides call out service which provides absolute peace of mind.

For critical faults, we always aim to have a fully qualified staff member on site within an hour of your call.

Our on call team of course cover the complete range of Mervad Services.

We have a range of both in house expertise and external support to cover many eventualities ranging from a simple faulty circuit causing a fuse to blow, through fallen overhead cables (customer's own) to complete failures of power or other systems.

Our warehouse holds a large buffer stock of emergency spares to ensure a prompt repair when it's needed.

In the event of the total failure of your power supply, we can source towable generators of various sizes, capable of up to 125 Amps 3 Phase to ensure business continuity whilst your systems are repaired or replaced.
